In the heart of the Alpilles, in Fontvieille, Mas des Arts embodies Provençal elegance in all its splendor. This exceptional property brings together a 420 m² 18th-century bastide and an independent mas, forming a rare estate where heritage and the art of living exist in perfect harmony.

To discover this place is to step into a living page of local history. By the end of the 18th century, these lands were already devoted to olive groves, with the residence standing proudly at the heart of the estate. Its silhouette is defined by a tower dating from the late 15th century, a former postal relay that has become the architectural emblem of the property.

Today, across 13 hectares bathed in light, nearly 2,800 olive trees and 60 truffle oaks flourish gracefully, lending the landscape a serene and timeless beauty.

Meticulously restored, the property blends the authenticity of ancient stone with a contemporary and refined design spirit. The bastide opens generously onto the terraces and swimming pool, offering multiple spaces dedicated to sharing: large family gatherings, dinners with friends, golden aperitifs and festive evenings beneath the Provençal sky.

The estate offers eight air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and can accommodate up to sixteen guests in a setting that is both intimate and sophisticated. The independent mas, fully autonomous, allows everyone to enjoy their stay at their own pace while preserving the conviviality of shared moments.

In the vast private courtyard of striking beauty, a fountain well rests in the shade of a majestic three-century-old hackberry tree, officially listed and the silent guardian of the estate. A spectacular palm tree seems to embrace the façade, in dialogue with vibrant bougainvillea — a testament to the mild climate, sheltered from the mistral wind.

Here, time seems to stand still. Mas des Arts is a luminous retreat, designed to host life’s most precious moments and transform every stay into an exceptional memory.
