A few minutes walk from the centre of the beautiful village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the Yris house welcomes you in the heart of a very green garden composed of pines and green oaks.

House of 220m2 on 2000m2 of enclosed land.
This warm family house has a nice view on the Alpilles.
A swimming pool of 13x4 heated and secured by two submerged alarms.

The house is composed as follows:

Ground floor :

- Entrance hall leading to a large TV lounge
- A beautiful dining room with fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area opening onto the garden
- A second small TV lounge
- Guest WC
- 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed, en suite shower room and WC
- A small kitchenette, lounge

First floor :

- 4 en suite bedrooms, a shower room and WC

The rental includes bed linen, towels, swimming pool towels, as well as cleaning for 2 hours on Wednesday morning, 2 hours on Saturday in the middle of the stay and final cleaning for 8 hours on the day of departure.

The tourist tax is to be paid on site.
Additional charge for pool heating in June, September and May.
