Let yourself be transported by the luxurious Villa DAR ANASSA in the first line of the Amelkis Golf in Marrakech. Its traditional Arab-Andalusian architecture is articulated around two patios and their fountains. It blends happily into a very trendy and comfortable interior in shades of blue, gray and beige. The house is fully air-conditioned or heated depending on the season. The main rooms, the bathrooms and the pool are soundproofed.

A small cosy living room of 26m2 intended for the telephones also gives on the central patio

The two patios are full of charm with their fountains, their passages with carved cedar ceilings and their brick arches. They are equipped with pyramidal windows that open and close entirely by remote control, depending on the weather and temperature.

The living and dining rooms are large and each has a fireplace.

THE SUITES :

Four ground floor suites are equipped with king size beds 180x210 (2 or 3 separate beds on request), an en suite bathroom and separate toilet. The luxury bedding and the Egyptian cotton percale sheets ensure a very soft night.

Room N°1 " The Sultana Suite " of 75 m2 with 1 bed of 180x210
Behind an ancient door nestles the most beautiful room of the Villa DAR ANNA.
Under its dome and its walnut floor, it overlooks the pool and the Atlas on one side, and the golf course and the Jibilets hills in the distance on the other.
It is equipped with two bathrooms:
One with bathtub in an alcove in moucharabieh, shower and separate toilet,
The other with shower and separate toilet.
Two large dressing rooms complete the installation.

Room N°2 " The Zarina suite " of 50m2 with 1 bed of 180x210
Very spacious suite with cupola. It overlooks the pool on one side and a small private terrace with lush vegetation on the other.
It is equipped with a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and separate toilet, as well as a large dressing room.

Room N°3 " The Emira suite " of 45m2 with 1 bed of 180x210
This large room overlooks the garden and a hundred-year-old olive tree, the golf course and the hills of Jibilet.
It is equipped with a large bathroom with bathtub in its alcove in moucharabieh, a shower and a separate toilet, as well as a large dressing room.

Room N°4 " La suite Ania " of 45m2 with 1 bed of 180x210
Large room that opens onto a private terrace in front of the cactus garden created by Abderazak Ben Châabane
It is equipped with a large bathroom with bathtub in its alcove in moucharabieh, a shower and separate toilet, as well as a large dressing room.
A wellness area with traditional hammam, spa, fitness and massage room has been arranged, for moments out of time.

EXTERIOR :

The terraces, golf side or pool side, are differently oriented to benefit from the shade or the sun depending on the season.

Pool information:

The mirror pool (15m x 5m) faces south. It is surrounded by beautiful vegetation, palm trees, orange trees, pomegranate trees, lemon trees and banana trees.

STAFF :

The attentive staff consists of a Maître d'Hôtel-Majordome, an excellent cook, a chambermaid, a caretaker-technician and a gardener.

Unfortunately, our animal friends cannot be admitted.
