The mas is composed as follows:

A spacious, light-filled interior of almost 250 m²:

The 86 m² living area includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room and dining room.

This convivial space opens onto an immense 120 m² terrace. You'll appreciate the glass roof with its unobstructed view over the Baux-de-Provence canal, which lets in natural light and creates a warm, elegant atmosphere.

Le Mas has 5 bedrooms, including 4 in the main house (3 upstairs and 1 on the first floor) and 1 bedroom in an independent outbuilding, all designed to combine comfort, privacy and practicality:

First floor:

An en suite bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a washbasin, a bathtub, and direct access to the outside.

Separate guest WC.

First floor:

An en suite bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and an independent WC in the hallway.

One bedroom with two single beds (which can be brought together to form a 160x200 double bed).

These last two bedrooms share a shower room with shower and washbasin.

Independent outbuilding:

An en-suite bedroom with a 140x200 bed, walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Laundry facilities are available, as is a safe for your personal belongings.

The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with an alarm system and motorized shutters on all windows, for optimum comfort and total peace of mind. Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate.

The wooded park of more than a hectare, sublimated by a hundred-year-old plane tree, invites you to relax between fountains, streams, large landscaped terraces and numerous garden furniture.

The entrance to the estate is private, with a secure gate and lighted path, guaranteeing discretion and security.

Please note: A road not far from the villa (limited to 80 mph) is busy in summer. Even though there's a wall, vegetation, fountains and cigales in summer, you may hear cars.

Be careful with small children: there are no fences near the canal.
