Just a few minutes from the renowned village of Eygalières, Mas Lina Rose offers an exceptional escape in the heart of the Alpilles. This beautiful 18th-century Provençal farmhouse has been carefully renovated, combining the timeless character of a historic property with the comfort and amenities expected of a high-end holiday home.

Set in a peaceful, private and completely secluded environment, the property enjoys extensive landscaped grounds, beautiful views of the Alpilles and a wonderful selection of outdoor spaces designed to make the most of the Provençal way of life.

With six air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms, Mas Lina Rose comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Its layout across two separate wings is particularly well suited to families and groups of friends, offering both generous communal areas and plenty of privacy.

A home designed for outdoor living

The heart of the property revolves around the garden and swimming pool. The main kitchen and summer kitchen open directly onto the grounds, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Long lunches in the shade, drinks by the pool, leisurely summer evenings around the barbecue or a friendly game of pétanque — Mas Lina Rose is perfectly designed for relaxed moments shared with family and friends.

The private 11 x 5 metre swimming pool, open from May to October, is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols. It is fitted with a safety alarm and treated with chlorine.

Pool heating is available on request from 1 May to 15 October, at an additional cost of €350 per week. Outside these dates, pool heating may exceptionally be arranged with the owner's prior agreement.

To complement the summer activities, the property also features a pétanque court and a table tennis table, as well as a treadmill and an exercise bike, located outdoors under a covered area.

Two wings, one exceptional home

Mas Lina Rose is arranged across two distinct wings, connected by the main living areas and opening towards the garden.

The historic wing

The original part of the farmhouse retains much of the character and atmosphere of the historic property.

On the ground floor, the elegant master suite features a private dressing room and en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a dining room, TV lounge and reading room, all opening towards the garden.

The fully equipped main kitchen is conveniently connected to the laundry room.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms each benefit from their own bathroom.

The garden wing

The second wing has been designed with a more contemporary layout and opens generously onto the pool and garden.

The ground floor features a summer kitchen, a TV lounge and a guest WC. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom.

A sixth bedroom is located on the ground floor and enjoys direct access to the swimming pool, together with its own private bathroom. This arrangement is particularly appealing to guests who appreciate a greater degree of independence.

Bedroom 1 – Master Suite
Located on the ground floor, this elegant suite features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), which can be converted into two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a large dressing room and a private bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, double vanity and WC.

Bedroom 2
Located upstairs, this bedroom features a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), convertible into two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3
Also located upstairs, this bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), convertible into two single beds (80 x 200 cm). It shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2 and has separate WC facilities.

Bedroom 4
Located upstairs in the garden wing, this bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), convertible into two single beds (80 x 200 cm).

Bedroom 5
This bedroom offers a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), convertible into two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, with a separate WC located in the hallway.

Bedroom 6 – Independent Suite
Located on the ground floor, this spacious suite offers a high degree of privacy. It features two king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), which can be configured as four single beds (90 x 200 cm), together with a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, washbasin and WC. The suite also enjoys direct access to the swimming pool.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Mas Lina Rose is fully air-conditioned, including all bedrooms and the summer kitchen.

The main kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, food processor and Café Arabo capsule coffee machine. Capsules are readily available from local shops in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

A separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The property also benefits from fibre-optic internet, a Sonos Bluetooth sound system, and televisions with cable/satellite reception.

For families travelling with young children, one baby cot and one high chair are available.
